Photography Request Form
The Office of University Marketing's photographer has a primary focus of generating imagery that will be used in specific institutional marketing campaigns.
For your campus events, we recommend hiring a freelance photographer. If you need a list of freelance talent, contact our office.
Important: All requests must be received at least 7 days before the event. Last-minute requests cannot be considered.
Please Note: Regarding headshots, the Office of College Publications holds an open multi-day photo session each semester in the Cistern Yard. We encourage everyone on campus to take advantage of this opportunity to get updated, current headshots. However, if you (individual or office) are unable to meet those open dates and/or have specific needs, there will be an hourly fee.
